At Shellamy Baby, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will exchange or refund goods if they are defective or wrongly described. We do not refund goods if you have changed your mind.
To request a refund or exchange, send us an email with your proof of purchase at info@shellamybaby.com within 30 days of your purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved for a refund, then a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
